Horse Manure

This well rotted horse manure is composted for 16 weeks or more, at a temperature which will kill seeds, pathogens and insect larva. The product is shredded before packing to produce an easy to spread product.

Horse manure can be rotavated or forked into the soil. Alternatively it can be applied as a mulch to control weed growth and help to retain moisture – eventually it will become incorporated into the soil by weather and worm action, which will enrich your soil.

Our horse manure can be used on all flower and vegetable beds, herbaceous borders, and is especially good for roses of course.

We supply in 60 litre bags. Free delivery for orders over £80 within a 15 mile radius of our yard in Garford.
